COVID-19
In the interest of the health and safety of our staff and clients, we would kindly ask that should you have symptoms of a respiratory infection you do not attend the practice but wait until they have resolved.

Family Business
We continue to operate a locked-door, appointment-only policy to ensure your comfort and care by limiting the number of people in our practice at any one time. Please feel free to bring along a friend or family member to your appointment should you wish – we are more than happy to welcome them too.
Please arrange an appointment before coming to the practice, whatever the reason by calling 01902 757454 or send us a message.
Should you visit us without an appointment please understand that we may not be able to look after you straight away. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding of these measures.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Our staff may be wearing appropriate PPE at certain times during your visit. Should you wish to wear a face covering whilst on our premises we are happy for you to do so.
Sanitisation
Hand sanitiser is available in the practice for all staff, patients and visitors to use should you wish to do so.
Deep Cleaning
The practice is kept safe with the regular deep cleaning of all surfaces and equipment. All ophthalmic equipment is thoroughly cleansed between patients and our frames are regularly sanitised.
Telemedicine Consultations
In some circumstances, such as NHS CUES services, we have been directed to conduct a ‘telemedicine’ consultation before you visit so that we can give you the best advice and signpost you effectively. Thank you for your co-operation.
Frames
Our beautiful eyewear pieces are taken care of very carefully by our team to ensure that they remain in pristine condition with regular cleansing and sanitising.
Consultations
Styling and dispensing consultations are exclusively available by pre-booked appointment.
